The human mind and spirit really is amazing, in order to function fully as to what a normal a human is taught from a very early age that what is real and what is not.. This is true in most cultures however in this post i will touch on western culture in focus as within a western culture unless we can touch feel or see we are conditioned early that whatever we experience is NOT real. This is perceived on almost all levels including those that believe in religion, unless you are in the belief of what your parents or those around believe then it simply is not true to a highly conditioned mind. However to those that are conditioned early into these beliefs it does not matter to what extent, belief can make all sorts of realities that to others are very blind?

Do you often wonder why those that believe in God or Jesus have visions of Jesus or God..? Or that those that believe in Buddha have visions or experiences of that particular belief. While that does not mean what they are experiencing is wrong, it simply means that conditioning aligned them to some degree to that experience. You see the beauty of spiritual experience is that is always happening, it is just that we blind ourselves to what really is going on.. By believing in something it makes it more likely that we will have some type of experience many times in our life. Now here is the crutch of the whole concept of this is that all these experiences are given because you are opening yourself to them and excepting with the mind that within your understanding they are okay by normal human standards. Thus a christian seeing Jesus or a Buddhist seeing Buddha they all are having there own experiences that they see to be what they can handle with the way there mind is set up or to some what there spirit can handle also. So this means in essence whatever you see or have an experience with is more so a door to what you can open inside yourself. A spiritual door. Basically un-tapping the Occult aspect of yourself, the unknown. Meditation being a perfect example of opening higher levels of consciousness.

So in reality it does not matter if you see Jesus or Buddha or a simple white light, neither religion or experience is the one true religion, instead it is a door opening to parts of you and for the mind to handle that door being opened in which the mind likes to put images to these experiences. I hope that makes sense. This means that all these experiences are real, do not get me wrong, what i am referring to is the experience of the image that is seen during these experiences is that what you feel you can handle.

Okay so now that i have covered that concept, you are probably wondering on the question at hand, why do some people see spirits or ghosts, well this totally correlates to this topic, if you allow your conditioning to be broken down then that allows you to see things that are generally hidden by what the mind can handle. That goes with all types of spirits, this does not mean that we all want to go and un-condition ourselves or that it is easy to do, do not get me wrong, over 90% of us would hate to be able to have this experience or have this gift. It is not fun and like most that have it, they feel like it is something that is more distracting than beneficial.

So after breaking all this down, we get down to the basics, the main reason some people do not spirits is that there own mind and spirit does not believe based on early conditioning and two that they are afraid mentally to believe. That is okay, the mind will protect those that are, it has defenses, so we can get on with our lives. However to some others who are born with it or thrown away old conditioning it leaves them open more so to what is really there, if they choose to pursue it that is.

In a way it is like a little kid before any major conditioning, they can have myriads of experiences with spirits or ghosts and as they grow up these types of experiences fad with belief and mental conditioning.

Evidence possibly suggests that are related to old English communication and by looking at the symbols you can see the correlation between some of the runes and the old English language. The runes are also very much connected to the old gods as with all daily life back then. These old gods ( pagan belief ) were more considered the way back then before the Christ religion came in and adopted much of the same practices  of the pagan beliefs, the only difference was that they claimed one main god rather than many. Rune Meanings

Below is the comprehensive list of meanings of all the runes known through out history, each one detailing the meaning and powers it was used for in divination and the like. There is as i mentioned above 24 runes with the bonus rune that rules them all making a total of 25, the rune of Odin, this rune is blank representing all energy of life.. The ultimate rune of power.

Each Rune is also correlated to the forming most likely English alphabet letter. A to Y.

A. Mannaz: Two vertical lines with a horizontal ‘X’
connecting the top of the two lines so that it appears
like a golf flag and its mirror image.

Normal: Essence is water.  Clarity, willingness to
change is effective now.  Become right with yourself,
then you can be right with others.  Be yielding,
devoted and moderate.  Only then will you have a true
direction.

Inverted: If there is blockage now, it comes from
within.  Look to yourself, not to others at this time.
Stop and reconsider.  The outer enemy is but a
reflection of yourself.

B. Gebo:  An ‘X’

Normal: A union is at hand. However, do not make this a
total union, keep yourself.  Let the winds of Heaven
blow between you and your partner.
Inverted: This rune is impossible to invert due to its
symmetry

C. Ansuz:  An ‘F’ with the arms pointing downward.

Normal: There is a new life unfolding.  Be aware during
meetings with others.  A connection with the Divine may
be at hand.  Draw from the well for yourself first,
then you will have the strength to draw from the well
for others.

Inverted: Failed communication may seem to be a block.
Remember, what happens now is timely to your
development.  If the well is clogged, then clean it
out.

D.  Othila: A diamond shape with the two lower sides
extended beyond the point at which they meet to form
legs.

Normal: A shedding of old skins is called for.  You may
receive benefits, but it may require you to give up
something else.  This may be difficult to do because
part of what you may have to give up is a portion of
your background.

Inverted: Do not be bound by old conditionings.  You
may be called upon to take a radical departure from old
ways.  Be totally honest with yourself now.  Flow is
the proper attitude at this time.

E.  Uruz: A tall vertical line on the left, a shorter
vertical line on the right, connected on top by
diagonal line.  Similar to a ‘squared’ small letter
‘n’.

Normal: The life you have been living is at an end.
However, this is not a Rune of ending, it is instead a
Rune of new beginnings.  There may be darkness of a
tunnel leading to the new life, but the light will
be brighter at the end.  Prepare for the opportunity
disguised as a loss.

Inverted: You may fail to take advantage of the moment.
It is possible that your strength may seem to be used
against you.  The seeming failure may come as a minor
or major jolt depending on your awareness.  Remember,
life is a cycle and you will again reach this point to
again have this choice.

F.  Perth: A vertical line on the left with an
elongated ‘v’ connected to the top from the right, and
an elongated inverted ‘V’ connected to the bottom from
the right.

Normal: Inner changes are taking place.  Surprises may
be in store.  Nothing external matters here, except as
it shows you your inner self.
Inverted: Do not expect too much now.  If you repeat
the old, expect to suffer.  Do not focus on the past or
you will neglect the true now.  You may have ‘bad luck’

G.  Nauthiz: A vertical line with a diagonal line
crossing it.  The diagonal line runs from the upper

Inverted: Here is the great teacher disguised as the

character.  Only after great darkness will we know and
see the true light.

H. Inguz: Two ‘X’s stacked on top of each other and
touching.

Normal: Now is the time of great strength when
completions can be finished and as a result new
beginnings started.  Difficulties can be resolved and
clarified.  The butterfly now emerges from the cocoon.
Movement may cause you to free yourself from a rut in
your life.  There is danger, but like the King on a
chess board, the movement takes you out of check and
danger.

Inverted: This rune is impossible to invert due to its
symmetry.

I.  Eihwaz: A vertical line with a short diagonal line
running from the top towards the lower right, and a
short diagonal line running from the bottom towards the
upper left.

Normal: There maybe blockages, but even they help our
progress.  You may seem to be powerless at this point
in time.  Patience and waiting are called for.  Growth
is promoted through inconvenience and discomfort.  Wait
on the will of the Heavens.

J. Algiz: A cross with both ends of the horizontal bar
pointing upward.

Normal: Control of the emotions is called for.  Correct
actions are the only true protection you have.  If you
are in pain, or turbulence, do not try to hide from it,
for it is only the pain and turbulence of progress.

Inverted: Health and associations are to be examined
now.  If persons are ‘using’ you, and you know it in
your heart, then know that you are the one responsible
for the outcome, not them.  Only then will you benefit
from it.  Winning may not be possible, but in losing
there is a form of winning through learning and the
progress takes place.

K. Fehu: An ‘F’ with the horizontal lines pointing
upward.

Normal: Clearly define what it is that you desire.  Is
it wealth and possessions, or self-rule and growth of
will?  Enjoy the good fortune of now but remember to
share it, for the mark of a well nourished self is the
ability to nourish others.

Inverted: Your arrows repeatedly miss the target either
by an inch or a mile.  Your ship has come in, but you
are at the stable awaiting a good horse.  Observe the
situation, and ask, “What do I need to learn to further
my progress?”  You now have the opportunity to see
where your true nourishment lies.

L.  Wunjo: Shaped like the letter ‘P’ with the rounded
upper portion being made from two straight lines like
the ‘greater than’ sign >.

Normal: The shifts that were due are completed, the
branch now bears fruit, and you can now reap the
harvest.  Knowledge transforms itself into
understanding.  Through new clarity existing ambitions,
goal, or plans may be seen for the limited undesirables
they are.

Inverted: The harvest is slow to mature.  A difficult
passage is at hand.  As seen in its true light,
everything is a test.  There is light mixed with the
dark, but of clarity there is none now. Examine
yourself and your motives.

M. Jera: A ‘greater than’ sign (>) above a ‘less than’
sign (<).

Normal: Beneficial outcomes apply to what ever endeavor
you have undertaken. It may take time for no quick
results can be expected.  A span of time is always
involved.  Not even the farmer can speed the harvest by
tugging on the young shoots.  At the end of the season,
rejoice in abundance.

N. Kano:  A ‘less than’ sign (<).

Normal: This is the Rune of the opening.  Light now
breaks through and dispells the clouds.  Through
awareness of the light, understanding is now available
to you and you may be able to spread the light and
understanding to others.  You are now the center where
harmonic and beneficent forces meet.

Inverted: Clouds are now beginning to cover the sun.  A
partnership may be passing away.  If so, remember that
it is then no longer appropriate or valid for you in
this stage of development.  Remember however that
failure to notice this passing away will result in a
missed opportunity.  Give up gladly the old so that the
new can be received.

O. Teiwaz:  An upward pointing arrow.

Normal: Look within and delve down to the foundations
of your being.  Here you will find your deepest needs,
and most powerful resources.  Examine newly formed
partnerships, for there may be great works for you both
to perform together.  This is a Rune of dedication and
perseverance.  Patience may be called for now.  Your
real enemy just might be yourself.

Inverted: Danger may arise from hasty or illtimed

P.  Berkana: Shaped like the letter ‘B’, except the the

weakness.  Let the Sun illuminate the secrets you hid
even from yourself.  Always remember however, that by
yourself you can do nothing.  Only when you rely on the
Divine can you accomplish anything of greatness.

Y. Odin:  This is the blank Rune.

Normal: The unknowable and unseen is active in your
life at this time.  In the beginning there was nothing,
and in the end, nothing remains.  Control can not be
used on that which does not yet exist.  As with the
Fool in the Tarot, you may have to leap over the
precipice into the void.  But do so empty-handed and
with utter faith.  What beckons is the creative power of
the unknown.

Casting the Runes – Three Rune Spread

A basic and good way of casting the runes for divination is by the simple 3 rune spread. How it works is you get into a meditative position, meditate on the runes in a pouch or bowl and do so until you finish your meditative session. After that place your hand in the pouch our bowl at random and select one for the left, one for the middle and one for the right. The one on the left representing your past, the one in the middle representing you now and the one on the right is what to expect to be prepared for in the future.

1.  Left – Past
2.  Middle – Present
3.  Right – Future

When reading always remember to read them as they are placed.

To me and my experience of Ghosts or Spirits is of that they do exist, because of the many experiences I have had in the past. However to many others with no experience it may be be seen as total rubbish. That is the brilliance of this big debate.

Like anything for those searching for an experience in paranormal you only have to look around.  If you really need to prove it to yourself then maybe go stay in a known haunted dwelling, land or house for a few weeks. Hey for research sakes why not try a few and see if anything happens.

Simple Meditation Technique

I will share a simple meditation technique one can do that will help, sit comfortably, take a deep breath and then relax. Keep doing so and allowing thoughts to enter and go, with each thought just let it drift by and move on. What has me thinking though is there are so many ways to manipulate film these days that it is easy to be skeptical no matter how good the film looks. Could it be that she is flying or is it that she simply is in some sort of harness in the air. Like I said before, it is amazing what they can do with film these days, the girl may not even be there (superimposed).

To make the story bigger the guy that was walking his dog is also claiming that when his dog went to chase them they were gone and that the dog could not keep up with them. Like in a way they were surprised when practicing some ancient flying magick and then quickly ran and darted off in a magickal way as well because to out run a dog that would be impressive, especially for a little girl in the snow in the forest.

This is a good question as the astral world has such a significant impact for the one that experiences it.

What is the Astral Plane?

In order to go over this question, I will sum up the basics of what the astral world is first then go into the answer. To summarize the astral plane it is believed to be the world laying just beyond ours which can be accessed by death or by a simple cord called the astral cord and a good astral projection technique. When one enters the astral world common experiences before entering are the feeling of falling or spinning or simply passing through a wall or barrier.

Also occasionally everyone enters this world within sleep and it is commonly referred to also as lucid dreaming or conscious dreaming. Those that experience it will come out of it later feeling like it was a real situation and being able to remember all aspects of the experience making it totally unlike any dream or similar.

Sometimes an astral experience is a learning experience, other times it maybe just an amazing experience. Whatever the experience one has there it generally is something they will always remember.

Bringing an Item Back From The Astral Plane?

So, is it possible? To answer this question we can go over two theories, one being the theory of the astral plane creates manifestations in our reality. What this means is when in the astral plane if you see something that draws your eye such as a car or object then the chances of that object being drawn to you in the real world is manifestation of that object. That object being drawn to you and thus given as a gift or simply it comes to you over the years later. This can happen commonly with people as well. Seeing an image of someone in the astral world is often a sign of you seeing them shortly. Within days usually even if you have not seen them in years or more.

The second theory is while the astral plane feels very real, physical objects do not exist there because simply on the principle that we are in our spiritual body there and physical objects are objects of desire here alone. We can however take any form of knowledge learned there and that in a way is a taking something back.

Is It Possible?

Over time and through out many myths and stories over the ages, the bible included are many references to god like places like the astral world and items of power. Whether all these stories are just simply that, stories that one is up to you to decide.

Here’s a couple of things to think about however, to a Yogi that meditates for days without water where are they getting sustenance, is it from the astral world or from the meditation alone. To the Yogi that meditates in the snow barely clothed in freezing conditions yest they melt the snow around them, are they creating that heat themselves or it it being drawn from the astral plane..?

Some people have the gift with this one, whereas for me finding one is almost impossible.

To many the symbology of the Four Leaf Clover means a lot, good luck, a national icon or a spiritual blessing. Whatever the symbology you use we all can agree that if one does find them there really is a mystery to it when it happens often. With that being said my sisters luck in other means is not the best, however she has her good health and well being, whether or not the luck passes on with others that spot them that is another question up to debate as well.

As a estimated fact is that it is believed that there is approximately 10,000 three leaf clovers out there in clover patches for every one four leaf clover in a clover patch. This suggests that the four leaf clover is an rare mutation or variation of the common, three leaved clover.

Traditional Stories of The Four Leaf Clover

According to traditional stories, the four leaf clover is said to help bring good luck to their finders like my sister, especially if found easily, quickly or spontaneously. The legend is that each leaf represents something different -

4. Luck
