To me and my experience of Ghosts or Spirits is of that they do exist, because of the many experiences I have had in the past. However to many others with no experience it may be be seen as total rubbish. That is the brilliance of this big debate.

Like anything for those searching for an experience in paranormal you only have to look around.  If you really need to prove it to yourself then maybe go stay in a known haunted dwelling, land or house for a few weeks. Hey for research sakes why not try a few and see if anything happens.

Please note that with the video below I am not taking a religious stance on anything and do not fully agree with the end results of the video on the take of fallen angels or demons. This interpretation is up to you to decide on how you feel. To me and my own opinions, spirits can be good or bad?

1. Did you know that 1 in 5 people around the world claim to have had an experience with ghosts or paranormal, all of which these claims are from people with no mental problems or history. This says a lot for the facts on Ghosts, this says that there is something going on and it should not be ignored.
2. Did you know that the ghost debate is not something that can be proven or diss proven with science?
3. Did you know that many aspects of life that are not proven even to this day that we take for granted?
4. Did you know that  a old haunted house has multiple histories of haunting’s throughout the years, does not history coincide with what we call fact. So does that mean that a history of haunting’s in a location indicates a fact of ghosts?
5. How many times is evidence caught of haunting’s by paranormal investigators who earn no money from there research..? That figure is over 90%.. Over 90% of investigators make not a dime from there own research. Only a small amount of paranormal investigators with evidence earn money, which indicates that manipulation of evidence for profit would be quite rare.
6. Skeptics claim that by not being able to prove ghosts exist that they are in fact not real. That is a big claim considering the amount of people that have experiences in there lifetime. What do you think?

Okay, so now, can science prove the existence of ghosts? The truth is no, science cannot prove it and at the same time science cannot diss prove it. 1. Deciding To Meditate – This is an important one, wanting to learn is one thing but actually doing it is another. Once you have decided to Meditate then make sure to stick to that decision, make it a firm decision.
2. Listen to Relaxing Music – During the day try to focus away from the stresses and unwind as much as possible by listening to relaxing music. This will help enhance Meditation later and help relax the mind.
3. Me Time – Always give yourself at least an hour by yourself a day to let the day be thought through. When doing so don’t hold onto the memories of the day just let them pass and then like at the positive learning of each in total.

Simple Meditation Technique

I will share a simple meditation technique one can do that will help, sit comfortably, take a deep breath and then relax. Keep doing so and allowing thoughts to enter and go, with each thought just let it drift by and move on. What has me thinking though is there are so many ways to manipulate film these days that it is easy to be skeptical no matter how good the film looks. Could it be that she is flying or is it that she simply is in some sort of harness in the air. Like I said before, it is amazing what they can do with film these days, the girl may not even be there (superimposed).

To make the story bigger the guy that was walking his dog is also claiming that when his dog went to chase them they were gone and that the dog could not keep up with them. Like in a way they were surprised when practicing some ancient flying magick and then quickly ran and darted off in a magickal way as well because to out run a dog that would be impressive, especially for a little girl in the snow in the forest.

This is a good question as the astral world has such a significant impact for the one that experiences it.

What is the Astral Plane?

In order to go over this question, I will sum up the basics of what the astral world is first then go into the answer. To summarize the astral plane it is believed to be the world laying just beyond ours which can be accessed by death or by a simple cord called the astral cord and a good astral projection technique. When one enters the astral world common experiences before entering are the feeling of falling or spinning or simply passing through a wall or barrier.

Also occasionally everyone enters this world within sleep and it is commonly referred to also as lucid dreaming or conscious dreaming. Those that experience it will come out of it later feeling like it was a real situation and being able to remember all aspects of the experience making it totally unlike any dream or similar.

Sometimes an astral experience is a learning experience, other times it maybe just an amazing experience. Whatever the experience one has there it generally is something they will always remember.

Bringing an Item Back From The Astral Plane?

So, is it possible? To answer this question we can go over two theories, one being the theory of the astral plane creates manifestations in our reality. What this means is when in the astral plane if you see something that draws your eye such as a car or object then the chances of that object being drawn to you in the real world is manifestation of that object. That object being drawn to you and thus given as a gift or simply it comes to you over the years later. This can happen commonly with people as well. Seeing an image of someone in the astral world is often a sign of you seeing them shortly. Within days usually even if you have not seen them in years or more.

The second theory is while the astral plane feels very real, physical objects do not exist there because simply on the principle that we are in our spiritual body there and physical objects are objects of desire here alone. We can however take any form of knowledge learned there and that in a way is a taking something back.

Is It Possible?

Over time and through out many myths and stories over the ages, the bible included are many references to god like places like the astral world and items of power. Whether all these stories are just simply that, stories that one is up to you to decide.

Here’s a couple of things to think about however, to a Yogi that meditates for days without water where are they getting sustenance, is it from the astral world or from the meditation alone. To the Yogi that meditates in the snow barely clothed in freezing conditions yest they melt the snow around them, are they creating that heat themselves or it it being drawn from the astral plane..?

Some people have the gift with this one, whereas for me finding one is almost impossible.

The best and easiest way to believe in the spiritual side of weight loss is to look at others that do it everyday, look at the happy people, look at the positive people, look at the ones that achieve things that make you say wow. Look at the spiritual side of things for a change.

Look at yourself and say, “I want to be Happy, I want to Lose Weight and I am going to Lose Weight”. “Each day I am a little lighter”. Each day my body will change me more to what I want”. “Each day I will lose more arm flab”. “Each day I will stress less and let go to stressful conditioning’s”. “Each day will be better and better”.

How to Develop the Spiritual Side?

Many people ask me this question, how does one develop the spiritual side better and the best answer is meditation. There are two forms of meditation, awake meditation and traditional meditation. Awake meditation is where the mind wonders and is quietened by letting go while being out and about. This can be in almost any situation.

Traditional mediation is a deeper and more effective way to tune the spirit further. This is where one finds a quiet area to sit and go into deep meditation.

While in deeper meditation try to see or visualize yourself, healthy, happy, at the weight you want and surrounded by the most important things in life, including love. By doing so regularly you will attract these aspects into ones life like a magnet. The same goes with weight loss.

Recent Ghost Pictures from the Basement

As you can see from the images below they are in sequence of events. Showing a slight change as the purple mist starts to form. At first I thought it may of been the fluorescent light on but then realised that the light was not on at all. No lights were on, just natural light. As you move down you will see the purple form and in the third image below to the far right there is an rough image of a face. Whether this is a ghost or movement of paranormal energy it is hard to tell. Very interesting sequences though.

Recent Ghost Images From Downstairs

These images are taken downstairs in the house. All taken with a high quality hunters camera used to take images when hunting in the outback. When movement is detected an image is taken. The first image is of nothing, however later on a ghostly apparition is revealed. Quite spooky this one. By the way in all photos above and below have no one is in the room and there is no tampering is involved with the shots.

With the basement ones it is supposedly where the young boy died as discussed in my previous post on the subject and where a portal or door has been opened. As described by Deanna with the images there is less a feeling of fear and more so a feeling of sadness when in the area. Maybe the boys sadness in a way.

Each Chakra is said to be a force center consisting or whirlpool whorls permeating form a point on the human body, each whorl different to the next in color and balance. By the common belief of Chakras, each vortex or whorl of energy, each Chakra is a transmitter of energy to different parts of the body. While some parts of the body may consist of more than 7, it is the common understanding in the West that the 7 part system are the main functions of the Chakras and so they are the most focused on.

What Does a Chakra Do?

In a nutshell of understanding a Chakra sucks in needed energy to certain parts of the body, in a way it is a spiritual plug – in point for the spirit to get fuel. It also is said to expel negative energy from these areas as well. By keeping the Chakras in balance with meditation it is said to help keep the body in spiritual shape as well as the organs each one governs.

Each Chakra can be used in forms of meditation techniques to heal certain parts of the body as well as heal others by focusing on there energy centers. So as well as balancing Chakras can be used for spiritual healing as well. It is also believed Chakras help the body go deeper in meditation attaining more levels of enlightenment or meditation bliss in another word.

All in all there are said to be 21 minor chakra excluding the common 7 as seen above, which are all more reflected points of the major chakras. As an example of some of  these other Chakras, there are 10 bilateral minor chakras that correspond to the foot, hand, knee, elbow, groin, clavicular, navel, shoulder & ear.

Common Meaning of Chakra

On another meaning of Chakra’s it is believed to be a epi center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy in the body. The word CHAKRA itself commonly translates to mean  wheel and therefore suggests to be a spinning sphere of bio-energetic activity that runs along the spinal cord of the body. Generally, six to seven of these wheels are described, stacked in like a column like style of energy that moves from the base Chakra of the spine to the middle of the forehead (Third Eye Chakra), the seventh Chakra lying beyond the physical world (astral body influence). It is also believed that the six major chakras of the body all correlate with basic states of consciousness.

As can been see in the images of the Chakras on this page, each Chakra correlates as well to a different color.

What Is Chakra Balancing Meditation?

Chakra balancing meditation is a form of mediation set on exactly that, to tune each Chakra to the balance it needs in the body for better health and well being. Each person is different in this balancing as you can imagine by the way we are all different in how we feel and how are Chakras are aligned.

To do this one must learn the right form of meditation that can tune each one in the right way. By practicing alignment wrong it is believed to be able to cause problems rather than help.

Below are the seven common Chakras and the parts they govern:

1. Muladhara – Base or Root Chakra (ovaries/prostate)
2. Swadhisthana – Sacral Chakra (last bone in spinal cord, the coccyx)
3. Manipura – Solar Plexus Chakra (navel area)
4. Anahata – Heart Chakra (heart area)
5. Vishuddha – Throat Chakra (throat and neck area)
6. Ajna – Brow or Third Eye Chakra (pineal gland or third eye)
7. Sahasrara – Crown Chakra (top of the head or commonly called the soft spot of a newborn baby)

Chakra Balancing Crystals

Just like other forms of spiritual balancing crystals can also be used to help make the process easier and certain crystals are said to focus better on certain Chakras than others.

While many skeptics claim that if it sounds too impressive it most likely is a gimmick (scam), many also claim the young boy is gifted and an outer world power is nourishing him.
